All participants, including presenters and attendees, are required to pay the applicable registration fees to attend IMOVICCON.
Registration fees will be based on participant categories:
International Participant 100 USD
International Attendee 25 USD (1 day) 40 USD (2 days)
National Participant 1.500.000 IDR
National Attendee 250.000 IDR (1 day) 400.000 IDR (2 days)
Student Attendee 100.000 IDR (2 days)
The registration fee covers one person only. Multiple attending authors must register separately, and those not presenting should register as attendees.
At least one author for each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
Participants are charged based on their affiliation, not the nationality of the first author.

The deadline for registration and payment is August 30, 2023.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers. The request can be emailed to imoviccon@umn.ac.id.
Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following schedule:
a) Full Refund: Cancellations made before Sept 30, 2023 will receive a full refund.
b) Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the full refund date but before Oct 15, 2023 may be eligible for a partial refund.
c) No Refund: Cancellations made after the partial refund date may not be eligible for any refund.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the conference.
Receipts for payments will be issued automatically to participants upon successful completion of their registration.
